Fresh red currants - little jewels
I was so excited to find these beauties in the market that we had to buy some.  I've never seen them before, except on the cover of Rose's Heavenly Cakes.  Now, the question is what do I do with them.  I enjoy the tart taste, but the little buggers are full of seeds, ugh!
